Rates include one courtesy breakfast for each apartment. Each additional breakfast has a cost of US$ 3 dollars.
The rates displayed are subject to changes based on demand movements, fairs and events, and changes in the exchange rate.

Early Check in: all guests arriving at the hotel before the appointed check in time will have to pay an additional 50% of the daily arranged rate.
Between 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm guests will have to pay an additional 50% on the stated rate. This service is subject to its availability at the hotel.
In accordance to the laws currently in force, all foreign non-resident guests who pay their bills with US Dollars, Euros, traveler’s checks or international credit cards, are exempt from paying the corresponding 19% VAT tax.
Charges and reservation cancellations policies:
- The first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card as a token of your reservation.
- The reservation token is an advanced payment, and as such, if the reservation is not cancelled within the established time frame, the amount of the token will be indelibly charged to your credit card.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
