Booking Policy


Rates do not include 19% VAT
Rates with buffet breakfast included, are served in PRANA coffee. Additional breakfast costs $ 13 USD / $ 8000 pesos
The rates we indicate are subject to change according to market demand, fairs and events; as well as variations in the exchange rate.

Guarantee for extra expenses : a guarantee of $ 30,000 will be requested to all the reservations that were already prepaid.


Check in 15:00 PM / Check out 12:00 AM


Early Check in : Between 07:00 a.m. and 15:00 p.m., any guest who arrives at the hotel before check-in time will be subject to cancel an additional 50% of the agreed rate.
Late Check out : Between 12:00 am and 6:00 pm; the guest must pay 10 usd per additional hour of the agreed rate, starting at 18:00 p.m. 100% of the rate will be billed. This service is subject to hotel availability
In accordance with the laws in force, any foreign guest, non-resident, who cancels his account in US Dollars or international credit cards, will be exempt from paying the 19% corresponding to the VAT tax. To make this benefit effective, you must present a Tourism card at the time of check-in.

Food : We do not have a special diet (celiacs, vegans, vegetarians, kosher, etc.)

No Smoking Hotel

Policy of charges and cancellation of reservations:

The first night of your stay will be charged on your credit card as a guarantee of the reservation.
The guarantee will be charged to your card the day before your check in.
In case your credit card is invalid, denied, your reservation will be canceled.
The guarantee of the reservation is an advance payment and therefore, in the event that the cancellation of the reservation is not made within the established deadlines, the amount withheld will be charged to your credit card.
Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance.


No Show Policies

No Show Collection: this payment will be made in case the passenger does not show up the confirmed day in his reservation, and for which the beneficiary is responsible for the payment corresponding to the fine.
In case of not presenting you will be charged a fine that corresponds to one night of your reserved stay.

Non-refundable Policy:

Non-refundable stays can not be refunded in case of cancellation or no show.
The total charge of the stay will be made on the card provided at the time of booking.


Cancellations due to weather conditions and natural disasters:

By cancellation of weather conditions or natural disasters, you will be given only the option to change the date without additional charge.
